Refund policy

Any product may be returned within 30 days of its purchase, provided the product is returned pre-paid, undamaged, with all factory seals unbroken.  The Protocel bottles must be returned in the same brown box with styrofoam inserts, that it arrived in.  It must be packed in the same manner, in which it was received.  Upon receipt, a refund of the product price will be made, less a 10% restocking fee.  Refunds cannot be made for shipping costs or books.  The refund will be applied to the credit card that was used to make the purchase.
